Vertebral segmentation & alignment
Sagittal alignment, measured automatically.
SpineContour is a research application that segments each vertebra from T12 to S1 on a lateral spine radiograph and derives the sagittal parameters used in spine research — lumbar lordosis, pelvic incidence, pelvic tilt, sacral slope, and PI–LL mismatch — in seconds, entirely on your workstation.

01 · What it does
Per-vertebra segmentation
Automatic contours for T12–S1 with a per-study segmentation confidence score. Review and adjust the overlays directly on the film.
Sagittal parameters
Lumbar lordosis, pelvic incidence, pelvic tilt, sacral slope and PI–LL mismatch — plus disc heights and spondylolisthesis in millimetres, exportable as CSV or a PDF report.
Local by design
Nothing is uploaded — files are read from disk on this workstation. De-identified research images never leave your machine.
